Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistant for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination.

• Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry, and other departments.
• Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards.
• Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed.
• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management.
• Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient, and aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability.
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative processes.
• Proficient with remote communication and project management tools.
• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently.
