Role Description

Instasks App is a Professional Concierge Service that provides top-tiered professionals and clients with an online platform.

Offers instant bookings and an easy process for all services
Clients can request quick tasks and large projects
Providers receive custom requests for their specialized skills
Handles invoicing between clients and providers with detailed invoices
Tracks providers' locations for clients en route to jobs
Provides a portal for listing professions, schedules, invoicing, and credit card processing
Allows clients to give providers reviews and star ratings
Aims to help providers achieve financial and independent goals
Offers opportunities to providers over the age of 18 (and over 21 for tasks serving liquor)
Encourages providers to choose tasks that suit their schedules
Focuses on clients' and providers' health & well-being

Qualifications

Requirements

Ability to work from detailed instructions
Occasional independent decision-making
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals
