[Hiring] Experiential Events Associate Producer @Channel Partners

Role Description

As an Associate Producer for Global Events, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of high-impact brand experiences. This role is designed for someone with 3–5 years of experience in events or experiential marketing who excels at operational execution, production coordination, and managing the many moving pieces that bring complex programs to life.

• Support the day-to-day production and execution of multiple experiential programs by maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Build, maintain, and update project timelines, workback schedules, and task trackers.
• Draft agendas, capture meeting recaps, and track action items.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and onsite materials management.
• Assist with vendor communication, production schedules, and logistics planning.
• Support purchase orders, invoice management, vendor documentation, and budget tracking.
• Assist with run-of-show logistics, onsite coordination, and vendor management during live events.
• Support venue sourcing, vendor research, and logistics discovery for new and existing programs.
• Assist with proposal logistics, budget pulls, and presentation formatting for new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Directors, producers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into organized execution plans.

Minimal Travel; <10%. Some evening/weekend work and travel required based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or in-house brand experience in experiential or events.
• Exposure to live event planning, activations, or large-scale productions.
