Role Description

Instasks App is a Professional Concierge Service that connects top-tiered professionals with clients through an online platform. The app facilitates:

• Instant bookings for quick tasks and large projects.
• Custom requests for providers based on their specialized skills.
• Invoicing management between clients and providers.
• Tracking providers' locations for client convenience.
• A portal for listing professions, scheduling, invoicing, and credit card processing.
• Client reviews and star ratings for providers.

Our mission is to help providers achieve financial independence and create a brighter future. The app offers opportunities to providers over the age of 18, and over 21 for tasks serving liquor. Providers can:

• Choose tasks that fit their schedules.
• Work when they want.
• Book tasks within a 15-mile radius.

BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY: All providers undergo an extensive background check through a third-party company after job confirmation.

ETIQUETTE TRAINING POLICY: Providers will receive etiquette training to ensure a friendly and professional service.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires the ability to work from detailed instructions, read and interpret documents, and make occasional independent decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Film, Television, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in film, television, radio, or journalism.
• Comfortable with delegation.
• Good multitasking ability.

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Business and marketing mindset.

Requirements

• Securing funding for production.
• Recruiting the appropriate staff.
• Outlining a long-term working timeline.
• Managing the daily affairs of the cast and crew.
• Seeing the production through from conception to final cut.
• Outlining a budget and working within its limitations.
• Complying with industry and union regulations.
• Ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.
• Approving all decisions on props, sets, scheduling changes, etc.
• Resolving internal conflict during production.
• Assisting in the marketing and promotion of the product.
