Role Description
FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a high-performing Executive Operations Manager to provide strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive key initiatives while managing critical administrative functions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership
- Analyze and synthesize complex information to support decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
- Manage complex calendaring and prioritization of executive's time
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings and strategic initiatives
- Oversee project timelines and ensure accountability for deliverables
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels
- Represent the executive in key meetings and follow up on action items
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and protocols
- Coordinate travel logistics and complex scheduling
- Manage confidential information and sensitive communications
- Oversee administrative processes including expenses and documentation
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in prioritization and project management
- Proficiency in modern business technologies and tools
- A self-starter who can operate independently and manage multiple tasks
