[Hiring] Executive Assistant to the CEO @Community Sports Partners

Role Description

Community Sports Partners is looking for a resourceful, organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO, develop relevant business connections, and manage his personal online presence alongside social profiles for selected businesses. This role is fully remote. Compensation starts at USD 1,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, priorities and follow-ups.
• Research family offices, venture capital firms and potential strategic partners; identify relevant decision-makers and prepare concise background briefs.
• Draft personalized outreach, coordinate approved outreach and follow-ups, and arrange one-to-one meetings for the CEO.
• Maintain a contact pipeline with conversations, next steps and meeting outcomes.
• Manage the CEO’s personal Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence, developing content in his voice and coordinating posts, visuals and engagement.
• Manage social profiles and build the online presence of selected businesses outside our core operations.
• Track content performance and relevant inquiries, and recommend practical improvements.
• Research options, prepare recommendations, coordinate projects independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive assistance, research, outreach or business coordination.
• Strong writing, organization, judgment and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to find relevant decision-makers and prepare thoughtful, tailored outreach.
• Practical social media skills, demonstrated through personal accounts, business accounts or work samples.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, scheduling and social media tools.
