[Hiring] Executive Assistant to Co-Founder & CEO @Stayd Collective

Role Description

We're hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant to operate as a true right hand to our Co-Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role, not administrative support, but operational leverage. You will be responsible for creating clarity, protecting time, and ensuring the CEO is consistently focused on the highest-value work.

This role is best suited for someone who operates with precision, discretion, and strong business judgment and can anticipate needs before they're spoken and executed without friction.

What You'll Own

• Time Architecture (Not Calendar Management): You will design and manage the CEO's time with intention, prioritizing what matters, eliminating noise, and ensuring days are structured for impact.
• Communication Command Center: You will manage inbox and communication flow, surfacing what requires attention, drafting responses, and maintaining momentum across conversations.
• Travel & Logistics (End-to-End Ownership): You will plan and execute all travel with precision, anticipating needs, building detailed itineraries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Execution & Follow-Through: You will track priorities, drive follow-ups, and ensure commitments are met across the organization. Nothing gets dropped.

Qualifications

• You've supported a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong technical acumen and instinctively leverage tools, systems, and automation to create efficiency and eliminate friction.
• You operate with strong judgment, you know what matters and what doesn't.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven.
• You are proactive.
• You communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• You are discreet and trustworthy, you handle sensitive information with care.
• You are comfortable operating remotely and across time zones.

Benefits

• Salary: $1,350 - $1,500 USD / monthly.
• Fully Remote (LATAM-based candidates only).
