Role Description

DoubleZero is looking for a highly talented Executive Assistant to join our team as we support the launch of the DoubleZero protocol.

  • Be the founder’s right hand.
  • Act as a world-class executive assistant to DoubleZero’s co-founder, Austin Federa.
  • Work closely with him to organize calendars (including personal matters), prioritize correspondence, and manage relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that our leadership is spending time on the most important things by pushing back on lower priorities.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of DoubleZero’s network and business to act as an informed operator in the organization.
  • Operate as a generalist and be the owner on key projects or initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing internal events such as team offsites, including travel booking and other logistics.
  • Assist with organizing attendance at external events and conferences.
  • Work with DoubleZero’s marketing team to coordinate PR activities, including executive interviews, press releases, and more.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of total EA or operations experience.
  • 1+ years of crypto experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity; can bring structure and focus to complex questions.
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel several times per year.
