Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Research Associate. This dual-role position requires a proactive professional who can assist the executive while conducting high-quality research to aid in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Executive Assistance:
  • Manage executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Streamline and keep track of daily tasks.
• Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Compile, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Draft reports, briefs, and white papers to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in project planning and monitoring based on research findings.
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist with any departmental task as needed.
  • Coordinate team initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Willing to work night shifts.
