[Hiring] Executive Assistant for CEO and CMO @Plateful

Role Description

As Executive Assistant for the CEO and CMO, you will play a central role in helping two senior leaders stay focused, organized, and effective. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic business environment, brings strong judgment to day-to-day coordination, and can keep executive and marketing priorities moving forward with clarity and precision.

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the CEO and CMO
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for executive meetings
• Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics for internal and external engagements
• Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across marketing and executive initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between executives and cross-functional internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating business travel, including working with a travel booking platform
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in an executive support context
• Strong written executive communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential executive information while supporting CEO and CMO stakeholders
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Based in Israel
• Available for working-hour overlap with Central Europe
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment is a plus
• Experience preparing meeting materials, agendas, and executive follow-up documentation is a plus
