Role Description

Addmore Services LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant with excellent English communication skills and strong hands-on knowledge across Microsoft 365 applications. We are specifically looking for someone who is highly comfortable using Microsoft 365 as part of daily business operations—not just the basic applications. The successful candidate should be able to help management organize tasks, documents, meetings, communications, workflows, and information using various Microsoft 365 tools.

• Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, emails, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, trackers, and other business documents.
• Organize and maintain company files and shared documents.
• Create and manage online forms, questionnaires, and internal data collection.
• Create task boards, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinate meetings and communications across remote teams.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, OneDrive folders, permissions, and document organization.
• Assist management in improving administrative processes using available Microsoft 365 tools.
• Handle confidential information professionally and accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong and demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using different business applications.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional when communicating with senior management, clients, and team members.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and suitable remote-working environment.
• Must be available to join immediately.

• Practical experience with many of the following Microsoft 365 applications:
• Microsoft Outlook – email, calendars, meetings, rules, and organization
• Microsoft Teams – meetings, channels, collaboration, and file sharing
• Microsoft Word – professional documents, templates, formatting, and reports
• Microsoft Excel – formulas, trackers, reports, data organization, and analysis
• Microsoft PowerPoint – professional presentations
• Microsoft Forms – forms, questionnaires, surveys, and response management
• Microsoft Planner – task assignment, tracking, deadlines, and team planning
• Microsoft OneDrive – document storage, sharing, syncing, and permissions
• Microsoft SharePoint – document libraries, file management, collaboration, and permissions
• Microsoft Lists – creating and managing structured trackers and business information
• Microsoft To Do – personal and executive task management
• Microsoft OneNote – meeting notes and information organization
• Power Automate – basic workflow automation and notifications would be highly desirable
• Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools is an advantage.
