Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Executive Assistant
• Monthly Rate: $1800 - 2150/month
• Availability: Part-time - 35 hours/week
• Time Zone: EST

Qualifications

• Manage personal travel arrangements and travel logistics
• Handle lifestyle management and personal coordination tasks
• Prepare business documents and internal materials
• Support vendor and supplier management
• Assist with campaign management for new business initiatives as needed
• Help oversee projects, experiments, and operational workflows within the venture studio
• Conduct research for business and operational needs
• Call establishments and coordinate bookings/appointments
• Take on varied one-off tasks across personal support, business support, and operations
• Grow from handling simpler execution tasks into broader operational oversight over time

Requirements

• Evidence of ambition, side projects, passion projects, or exceptional self-driven skill building
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Stable work history; cautious about frequent job hopping in similar professional roles
