Role Description
This role involves providing executive support to the CEO and Founder, Robin Berzin, ensuring efficiency and organization in daily operations.
- Calendar and schedule management of CEO’s personal and company schedules
- Daily priorities preparation to help executives maintain efficiency
- Diverse support, research, and special projects across the organization
- Provide meeting and event support, including coordinating invitations and agendas
- Coordinate multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
- Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain confidential information for the business and leadership
- Support company-wide initiatives, such as offsites and events
- Prioritize work based on importance/urgency while maintaining high-quality support
- Support social media management for CEO (via LinkedIn and other channels)
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience or equivalent in an executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities
- Fast-paced digital startup experience
- Proven ability to follow up and follow through on all projects
- Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment, and prioritization
- Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
- Advanced-level Google Suite Proficiency
