Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Event Planner to join our team. As a Remote Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing events for our clients from start to finish, while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

• Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and vision
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with clients' goals and budget
• Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment
• Create detailed event timelines and manage all aspects of event logistics
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly
• Manage event budgets and provide regular updates to clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, preferably in a remote setting
