Role Description

The Dream Opportunity is looking for an event speaker/host located in the USA to work alongside a fast-growing educational company. The ideal candidate will become a valuable member of a rapidly expanding team.

• Be the event speaker/host for events with big brands/companies.
• Host panels where industry leaders share insights about their brand.
• Attend rehearsals for training on hosting workshops/panels.
• Collaborate with team members to provide feedback on workshops/panels.
• Attend meetings to help develop new workshops/panels for students and brands.
• Engage in a collaborative, team-based creative process for editing and feedback.
• Bring energy, humor, excitement, and a collaborative spirit to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the USA, UK, Brazil, India, Mexico, Singapore, or Philippines.
• Strong verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and confidently with employees from big brands and students from low-income and minority communities.
• Have a computer with Zoom, know how to use it, and have effective wifi.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate and creative commitment to issues of race and identity.
• Willingness to accept and explore different ideas and opinions.
• Positive attitude, enjoyment in meeting others, and authentic personality.
• Ability to work part-time with varied shifts.
