[Hiring] Ethical Auditor @QIMA

Role Description
Your daily duties include auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without prior notice. Your focus areas will include:
- Labor rights
- Health and safety
- Environmental security
- Other aspects according to applicable international standards or specific client procedures
- Able to work with interpreters for verification, interviews, and data analysis
- Submit reports in a timely manner and with the required quality
- Remain alert to any violations and exercise vigilance when interacting with factory management
- Meticulously document all findings in detailed reports to be delivered to the client
- Approach your role with the utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients
- Other tasks arranged by the management team
Qualifications
- A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
- APSCA CSCA level
- Strong knowledge of social audit framework and criteria
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing
- Possess qualification of various social compliance audit schemes such as SLCP, BSCI, WRAP ESCP etc.
- Have good command of written English
