Role Description

The Estimator plays a pivotal role in supporting our estimation team. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects.
• Reviewing and analyzing construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
• Utilizing digitalized estimation software for material take-offs.
• Clarifying project scope and expectations through client interactions.
• Monitoring project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Collaborating with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing.
• Maintaining professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth.
• Assisting in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool.
• Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading.
• Experience with International projects.
• Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards.
