Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is pivotal in streamlining our project planning process by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring seamless collaboration with our on-site teams.

• Analyze and interpret architectural plans and specifications to create detailed quantity take-offs.
• Prepare accurate construction cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the project team to align estimates with project requirements and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Australian construction standards and practices.
• Provide ongoing support for project adjustments, revisions, and updates as required.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates and associated documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction estimator, preferably in commercial construction.
• Familiarity with Australian construction standards is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be Efficient in Bluebeam.
• Understand construction methodology.

Requirements

• Permanent day shift, remote/WFH - Philippines.
• Full time, 40 hours weekly.
• Working hours: 8-4 Adelaide Time.
• VA Rate: $11-12 AUD per hour.
• Target start date: ASAP as early as May 26, 2026 (anytime).
