[Hiring] ESG Specialist @QIMA

Role Description

Support the ESG team in audit order management, supply chain mapping, supplier communication, and regular data updates. Ensure timely communication with suppliers and assist with supply chain mapping.

• Manage audit orders: manage audit orders in our internal systems in accordance with company policies.
• Supply chain mapping: obtain information from suppliers and compile traceability reports.
• Review reports: identify and correct inconsistencies and non-conformities.
• Operations support: update and maintain the team's internal monitoring data.
• Supplier communication: communicate timely with suppliers and follow up on required documentation.
• Other: perform other duties as assigned by the team leader and provide necessary cross-departmental support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or higher); new graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant work experience is a plus.
• English proficiency (CET-4 or equivalent); fluent in reading and speaking.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively within the team, across departments, and with external stakeholders.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive work attitude.
• It also helps if you are:
• Degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience in audits, quality management, supply chain traceability, or ESG related tasks.
• Basic AI literacy — familiar with AI tools and able to use them to assist daily work.
