[Hiring] ES Oracle Cloud lead @Sequoia Connect

Role Description

We are currently searching for an ES Oracle Cloud lead :

• Support Oracle Cloud CPQ functionalities and lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements.
• Prepare detailed Design Documents and configure workflows and rules to align with business processes.
• Present and demo new features available in Oracle Cloud CPQ during quarterly updates.
• Validate end-to-end business processes post-update and provide functional inputs for Automated Functional Test Cases.
• Share and implement AI features within Oracle Cloud CPQ and collaborate with teams building agents in Oracle Agentic AI Studio.
• Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud CPQ with third-party applications in coordination with technical teams.
• Manage all project phases: Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, System/UAT Testing, and Production Support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, providing end-user training and technical documentation.
• Provide regular status and issue reports to project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud CPQ.
• Proven experience in at least two Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes specifically within the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) cycle.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and standard integration tools.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business needs.
• Excellent communication skills for high-level client interaction and training delivery.

Requirements

• Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
