[Hiring] ERP Transformation Manager @Grüns

Role Description

This is a key seat on a small, high-impact tech team inside Grüns, a fast-growing brand. You'll be the business owner for our move to D365 Finance & Operations:

• Defining what the business actually needs
• Mapping how work flows end to end
• Testing until it's right
• Ensuring the new system improves the way people work

You will partner across Finance, Ops, and Data teams, working shoulder to shoulder with our implementation partners to build the operating backbone we need to keep up with our rapid growth.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment and come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, aligned to business objectives and industry best practices
• Document end-to-end processes across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report
• Design comprehensive solution architectures, including system integrations, data management, and application security
• Run business validation and UAT: design cross-functional test scenarios, execute test scripts, engage subject matter experts to validate outcomes
• Partner with the team to build the implementation plan, track milestones, surface risks and dependencies early
• Evaluate and recommend D365's built-in AI capabilities and other AI tools to improve efficiency
• Work hand in hand with our implementation partners
• Drive change management: build training, get teams confident on the new system
• Ensure ERP-supported processes hold up to internal controls and company policies
• Push for configuration over customization
• Take on special projects tied to operational excellence and growth as they come up

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial processes
• 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O
• Deep experience across assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization
• Ability to move fluidly between executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on delivery
• Experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations; supplements or food and beverage is a plus
• Holds Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field

• Treats process discipline as a feature, not a bureaucracy
• Has a bias to ship; understands which corners can't be cut
• Fluent in AI tools for documentation, test case generation, and analysis
• Documents as they go; believes if it's not written down, it didn't happen
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and building process where none exists yet

Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus depending on experience
