We seek an experienced Infor M3 & WMS System Administrator to manage our Infor CloudSuite Multi-Tenant Environments. This role handles user management, security design, system administration, and technical support across Infor M3, WMS, and Infor OS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong automation mindset, experience with cloud-based integrations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with end users, business analysts, consultants, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Infor M3 Administration:

• Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions.

• Implement role-based security design and access control.

• Oversee release management for system updates and patches.

• Provide technical support for printers

• Support cloud file transfer and enterprise connectors.

• Manage EVS100, API, BULKMI, and Metadata Publisher.

• Maintain Infor M3 databases and utilize business engine data management.

• Administer H5 Scripts

• Assist users with technical challenges.

• Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and developers for system enhancements and implementations.

Infor WMS Administration:

• Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions.

• Oversee release management

• Support Zebra RF guns, printers, and labeling tools (Nice Label, EasyPost).

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to warehouse teams.

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations. Infor OS Administration:

• Oversee user provisioning and security role assignments.

• Manage SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) for identity synchronization.

• Administer One View, Data Fabric, and Workspace.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a configuration log and technical inventory.

• Utilize Vince XL and VSL for data management.

• Manage Azure Entra ID for authentication and access.

• Implement Infor RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for efficiency.

• Maintain accurate documentation and system records.

• Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams for seamless integration.

• Work with Tech Support to diagnose and resolve user issues.

• Promote an automation-driven mindset to improve business processes.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in Infor M3, WMS, or OS administration.

• Strong knowledge of role-based security models and access management.

• Experience with Infor APIs, integrations, and cloud-based tools.

• Familiarity with SCIM, Azure Entra ID, and automation frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
