[Hiring] Epicor Kinetic Functional/Technical Consultant @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

The Epicor Kinetic Functional/Technical Consultant will be responsible for various key tasks related to the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

• Review GL and BOM tables; validate data relationships and reporting impacts
• Advise on and adjust Finance setup in Kinetic (Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Calendars, Posting Rules, Tax setup)
• Enable/disable features across Kinetic modules via front-end configuration (Menu Maintenance, User Security, Process Settings)
• Customize home pages by department (cards, tiles, KPIs, dashboards) and define default configurations per role
• Design and implement BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Application Studio customizations
• Produce clear documentation for all configurations and deliver role-based training to end-users and admins
• Adhere to change management processes, maintain test scripts, and conduct UAT sessions

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Epicor ERP/Kinetic, including direct experience with version 2025.1
• Strong understanding of GL and BOM tables and Kinetic database architecture
• Hands-on expertise with BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Application Studio
• Proven ability to configure module features via front-end settings and security controls
• Solid knowledge of Finance setup: COA, posting rules, tax configuration, fiscal calendars
• Strong documentation and training delivery skills

Requirements

• Experience customizing home pages by department and role-based personalization
• Familiarity with version-controlled configuration and best practices for Kinetic upgrades
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
