[Hiring] Epic Willow Ambulatory II or Associate II @Froedtert

Role Description

This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, and Specialty Medication Compass Rose. These tasks include:

• Planning
• System analysis
• Solution design
• Application building/configuration
• 3rd party app integration
• Testing
• Maintenance
• Support
• Completion of assigned project work

Our analysts work closely with operations to support the IT needs of our ambulatory pharmacy staff and their patients. Having retail pharmacy technician experience is highly preferred.

Candidates can be hired at 2 levels depending on their experience:

• Associate Level
• Mid-Career Level

Qualifications

• Related work experience with implementation and/or support of an electronic health record application is preferred (Associate Level).
• Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Prefer Epic Certification in Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inventory (Associate Level).
• Minimum of two years of related work experience with implementation and/or support of an electronic health record application is required (Mid-Career Level).
• Highly prefer Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory certifications (Mid-Career Level).
