[Hiring] Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst IV or IV Associate @Froedtert

Role Description

This position, with minimal supervision, uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inventory, and Willow Specialty Pharmacy, and Genomics. These tasks include:

• Planning
• System analysis
• Design
• Application building
• Integration
• Testing
• Maintenance
• Support
• Completion of assigned project work

This analyst will help to support Froedtert’s Retail and Clinical pharmacy teams and other duties as assigned. May lead small projects or initiatives.

Candidates can be hired at 2 levels depending on their experience:

• ANALYST LEVEL EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with the implementation and/or support of Epic module(s) is required.
  • Moderate knowledge of one module within the EHR is required.
  • Basic knowledge of the integrated EHR is required.
  • A Minimum of 3 years of hospital practice experience is preferred.
  • 1 year or more experience with the EHR preferred.
• ASSOCIATE LEVEL EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of 1 year clinically related field experience with knowledge of Epic workflows is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hospital practice experience is preferred.
  • 1 year or more experience with the EHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.

Licensure

• Epic Proficiency, Accreditation or Certification is required.
• Prefer Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory.

• Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $49.15- $84.07. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
