Role Description

This Application Analyst serves as the primary resource for all customer-facing MyChart initiatives, including branding updates, questionnaire maintenance, and online scheduling configuration. This dedicated resource supports ongoing maintenance and enhancement needs for existing customers and plays a key role in the implementation of new Community Connect partners. The analyst provides support during system upgrades, assists with testing and validation activities, and participates in on-call rotations.

(Note: This role is available for remote work in most US locations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products (Epic) and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.

Qualifications

  • Epic certification in MyChart &/or Cadence (Required)
  • Epic Community Connect experience (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Technical Capabilities

  • Configuration Management and Planning (Novice): Competent to apply changes or develop new functions based on understanding of the design of the system.
  • Technical Analysis (Novice): Knows most major/common assigned product group functions.
  • Testing (Novice): Competent to develop new and execute pre-designed program test data.
  • Product Knowledge (Novice): Understands the product in relation to other company products.
  • Problem Management (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate knowledge of Incident Tracking and Problem Reporting.
  • Business Knowledge (Novice): Understands customers' business operations beyond single issues driving a project.
