Role Description

The Epic Beaker Analyst II leads the design, configuration, and optimization of Epic Beaker workflows within and across specialty areas to enable reliable, efficient laboratory operations and revenue cycle performance. This role applies deep understanding of laboratory science, data integration, and order-to-cash processes to create scalable and compliant solutions.

• Collaborates with laboratory leadership, technology, and cross-application Epic teams.
• Ensures that all Beaker configurations support laboratory excellence, operational efficiency, and end-user experience.
• Contributes to standardization efforts and governance models.
• Mentors other analysts.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of laboratory science.
• Experience with data integration.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
