Role Description

This position allows for Remote work to allow a flexible work environment. The Applications Analyst - Senior manages or performs work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization’s information technology resources.

The Epic Application Analyst - Senior helps enhance oncology, research, and transplant care through technology. Responsibilities include:

• Configure and maintain clinical tools.
• Resolve Epic workflow issues.
• Design and configure new IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation.
• Ensure efficient, reliable support for providers and patients across the enterprise.

Role Overview:

• Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheets, smart sets, treatment plans, therapy plans, and notes.
• Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
• Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of related experience.
• Previous Epic experience in the training, build, and/or support of the Epic systems electronic health record suite preferred.
• Healthcare experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Requirements

• Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership if applicable.
• Each project and exam as determined for the specific roles must be passed within three (3) attempts.
• Successful Epic certification(s) completion required within 60 days of final training.
• Maintain required Epic certification for appropriate role.

Benefits
