Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating destination-based event details and logistics
• Support scheduling, timelines, and travel-related arrangements for events
• Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans
• Review and verify all details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of event plans and coordination activities
