[Hiring] Enterprise Imaging Applications Specialist @Children's Health

Role Description

Responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise imaging applications and infrastructure, including:

• Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)
• Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA)
• DICOM and HL7 integrations
• Image exchange platforms
• Advanced post-processing applications

Serves as the senior technical expert for enterprise imaging workflows, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and interoperability of imaging systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of related experience
• Project management experience; direct experience related to same or similar systems installed at Children's Health
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Enterprise App Analysts supporting software must demonstrate competency in software used in their role
• All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 90 days of employment
• Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role
• Possess Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) from the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII)

Requirements

• Implementation of project requests, conducting assessments, requirements gathering, and application build activities
• Leading implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of projects
• Preparing detailed project plans and leading Application Team in adhering to project schedules
• Monitoring, acknowledging, and resolving ServiceNow tickets
• Logging hours for project-related work in the Project Portfolio Management system
• Providing on-call support and ensuring the integrity of production systems
• Coordinating and managing systems monitoring and performance enhancement activities
