[Hiring] Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op @CLEAResult

Role Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op. As an Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op, you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. In this role, you will apply the house as-a-system approach to support households across the province achieve improved comfort and home efficiency. This Co-op placement will be a 4 month term. Must be located in British Columbia to be considered.

What we need help with:

• Supporting on application administration, including but not limited to: intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes.
• Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities.
• Analyzing program metrics related to application administration, i.e. volume of projects, associated energy savings, trends, etc.
• Identifying process optimization and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in post-secondary education either in Environment, Science, Business, or Engineering degree.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.

Requirements

• Targeted Compensation: $23/h
• Compensation Range: $19.00 - $30.25 CAD
• Type: Hourly
• Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology).
