Role Description
As the Energy and Charging Solutions Specialist for Germany, you will be the guru in understanding and addressing customer operational constraints related to charging infrastructure.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of customers' operational constraints, specifically focusing on vehicle use scenarios within last-mile delivery logistics.
- Identify and collaborate with suitable partners to offer solutions for deport charging, home charging, and payment solutions for public charging.
- Collaborate with key account teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities per customer.
- Support and propose comprehensive charging solutions that align with customer operational requirements.
- Work closely with customers to integrate proposed solutions seamlessly into their existing operational workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing vehicle flows through the integration of charging infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists ensuring they address both vehicle flow and charging requirements ensuring that proposed solutions enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Liaise with IT integration teams to align proposed solutions with customers' IT infrastructure and define technical requirements to ensure successful integration.
- Act as a key contributor to the project sales to ensure the timely and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address technical aspects related to vehicle flows and charging.
- Provide training to key account teams and clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to address any technical queries or challenges during implementation.
Qualifications
- Agile and eager to learn & share.
- Proven experience in last-mile delivery logistics, with a focus on vehicle flows and charging solutions.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies and charging infrastructure planning.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize operational workflows.
- Highly engaged in sustainability transition (environment, health & safety).
- Strong customer obsession to build trust.
- Able to work cross-functionally in project mode.
- Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in German.
- Fluent in French will be a plus but not mandatory.
