Role Description

The End User Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-user support and helpdesk management while ensuring adherence to ITIL processes.

Manage end-user support and helpdesk operations
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes
Collaborate with team members and clients
Respond to requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours
Utilize active listening skills to understand clients' needs
