[Hiring] Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist @Safeguard Global

Role Description

At Safeguard Global, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a creative and passionate Employer Brand & Employee Engagement Specialist to help us bring our culture, values, and employee experience to life for both current and future employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, content creation, employee engagement, and building brands that people genuinely connect with.

As part of our global People team, you'll:

• Create compelling content that showcases our people, culture, and values across internal and external channels.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns that help us attract top talent globally.
• Develop employee spotlights, culture stories, newsletters, social media content, and other engaging communications.
• Help manage and grow our employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and our careers site.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, wellbeing campaigns, and company-wide events.
• Capture authentic employee stories and bring our Employee Value Proposition to life.
• Partner with teams across the business to communicate key updates, initiatives, and culture moments.
• Use data and insights to measure engagement and continuously improve campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding, communications, marketing, employee engagement, talent attraction, or a similar field.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital channels, or internal communications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A data-driven mindset with an interest in measuring impact and engagement.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders across different teams.
• A genuine passion for creating engaging employee experiences and building inclusive workplace cultures.

Requirements

• We are hiring this position across multiple EU countries; compensation varies by hiring location.
• Base salary starts from: Bulgaria: €25,000.
• We are committed to pay transparency and equal pay for equal work at Safeguard Global.
• Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including skills, experience, scope of responsibility, and market benchmarking, in line with internal salary structures.
