[Hiring] Emergency Response Manager @CSW

Role Description

As a Stormwater Response Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing and managing stormwater-related requests from national commercial clients.
• Coordinating internal and external resources (sub-contractors) to meet client expectations and resolve stormwater issues.
• Efficient management of initial assessment, solution identification, estimating solution cost, scheduling work, completion of approved scopes of work, and final work completion reporting on post-construction stormwater repair projects.
• Interacting with a variety of online databases and reporting systems.
• Estimating minor stormwater rapid response efforts.
• Some weekend work will be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of stormwater systems and best management practices (BMPs).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed while coordinating or providing an immediate response to client needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Remote position – Central or East Coast time zone.
• Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
