Role Description

The EHR Application Analyst IV performs a variety of duties related to the information technology applications. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with design, development, system configuration, implementation, continuous improvement and support of information systems for the organization.
• Working with multiple teams and key customers to ensure appropriate development and implementation of application functionality.
• Defining, documenting, building and maintaining EHR application content.
• Creating functional specification documents and validating content with the business owner.
• Independently leading projects adhering to defined project management strategies and guidelines.
• Managing assigned projects and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Serving as an application expert and resource for team members and other application teams.
• Managing and navigating cross team collaboration across all IS teams when appropriate.
• Achieving and maintaining required certifications of respective EHR application.
• Acting as a liaison between IT, customers and/or vendors.
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings with all relevant documentation.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standard procedures and user guides.
• Providing on call / after hours support as required.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of leadership across all entities.
• Mentoring junior colleagues in the development of application knowledge and project management skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience in Electronic Health Record implementation and support.
• Vendor required certification in good standing for applications/modules assigned to support.
• Ability to assess problems and projects independently with little supervision.
• Possesses advanced application knowledge and can apply it to unique scenarios.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Benefits

• Pay Range: $119,995.00 USD - $147,680.00 USD.
