[Hiring] Education Research Consulting Senior Associate/Associate Compliance/IRB @Huron

Role Description

You’ll help our clients to achieve organizational effectiveness, improve student outcomes, implement new technologies and align resources and investments to ensure long-term sustainability.

As a Sr. Associate/Associate, you will:

• Lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies.
• Implement complex, comprehensive solutions using innovative analytics and technologies.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff.
• Work in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable solutions.

Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience, which translates to career growth.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, or compliance, and/or experience in the consulting field.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%.

Requirements

• Experience working in an Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) office of a university, hospital, or research institute (preferred).
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) (preferred).
• Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Previous consulting experience (preferred).

Benefits

• Estimated base salary: $100,000 - $145,000.
• Total estimated compensation range (including annual incentive compensation): $115,000 - $166,750.
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
