Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• 4 or more years of proven experience using Revit
• Proven experience as a Draftsperson or in a similar role within an architecture firm or construction company
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Requirements

• Collaborate remotely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients
• Prepare construction documents and technical specifications
• Coordinate with project team members to maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
• Organize and maintain electronic drawing files and project documentation
• Stay current with industry trends, CAD software advancements, and drafting best practices
• Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and project discussions as required
