This position plays an important role in organizing technical documents, processing revisions, maintaining digital records, and ensuring documentation accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative accuracy and experience working with structured documentation.

• Enter, organize, and maintain document records in internal systems
• Process document revisions and version updates
• Review files for completeness and compliance standards
• Track controlled documents and maintain audit-ready records
• Support document retrieval requests from internal teams
• Update logs, indexes, and reporting files
• Monitor data consistency and resolve record discrepancies
• Assist with documentation workflows and reporting support

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of data entry, document control, or records management experience
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and electronic filing systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a remote setting
