[Hiring] Distinguished Engineer, Cybersecurity @Nagarro

Role Description

We are looking for a senior leader to spearhead data-related activities for the Practice, ensuring the successful execution and adoption of data solutions for our industrial clients.

• Own and scale the cybersecurity practice globally.
• Define strategy across domains: cloud security, application security, IAM, GRC, SOC, and data security.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning.
• Partner with verticals to generate pipeline and drive security-led deals.
• Shape large deals by embedding security into transformation programs.
• Lead proactive pitches, assessments, and security transformation proposals.
• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor to CXOs on cybersecurity strategy and risk.
• Drive AI in cybersecurity (threat detection, automation, SOC optimization).
• Establish capabilities for security of AI systems (model security, data protection, adversarial risks).
• Build differentiated offerings (Zero Trust, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Managed Security).
• Develop accelerators for security assessment, compliance automation, and threat intelligence.
• Build a strong cybersecurity talent pool across offensive, defensive, and governance areas.
• Drive certifications and advanced skill development.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality delivery across engagements.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• An MSc/MBA from a top-tier institute would be an advantage.
• Service Region: South Asia.

Requirements

• Total experience 17+ years.
• Experience in delivering digital projects for clients in two or more of the following domains: light engineering industry, machine manufacturers, metals industry, aerospace, building materials, food & beverages, chemical, consumer goods, and construction industry.
• Must have skills: Cyber Risk Management, Cyber Risk Consulting.
