Role Description

SCI, a Congruex Company, is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. This is a work from home position but need to live in Utah.

The days and hours for this position are as follows:

• Sunday: 7:45am to 4:15pm
• Monday: 7:45am to 4:15pm
• Tuesday: 1:30pm to 10:00pm
• Wednesday: 1:30pm to 10:00pm
• Thursday: 11:15am to 7:45pm
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Off

Training will be in our office during business hours.

Job Summary: Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy, and great focus to detail and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Dispatch work orders and ensure completion in required time frame.
• Complete finance report at completion of each Work order.
• Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
• Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work being completed.
• Working as a team to complete projects.
• Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed.

• Familiar with Microsoft Suite.
• Able to work well without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Previous experience dispatching.
• Good with time management.
• Very Organized.
• Great communication skills.
• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry.
