Role Description

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates;
• Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets;
• Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures;
• Assembling and organizing client’s files;
• Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers;
• Providing status updates to clients;
• Drafting request letters.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Ability to keep and follow an efficient calendar;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all communications;
• Ability to meet deadlines and quotas;
• Ability to multitask;
• Ability to work independently and on a team.

Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software;
• Spreadsheet software;
• Word Processing software.
