Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in closing, post-closing, processing, or real estate documentation within a title company or financial institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with mortgage disclosure processes and documentation standards
• Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of U.S. mortgage processes

Requirements

• Handle all re-disclosures and escalate issues appropriately when required
• Validate changes in circumstances to ensure compliance with TRID and RESPA requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of mortgage regulations and industry updates
• Apply TRID and RESPA guidelines accurately in daily operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure disclosure accuracy and completeness
