[Hiring] Director of RevOps @Terra Security

Role Description

• Monitor revenue metrics and evaluate performance against key business KPIs.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline processes, optimize toolstacks, and drive go-to-market efficiency.
• Lead operational initiatives to improve demand generation workflows.
• Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting to track performance, trends, risks, and pipeline health across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Deliver actionable operational insights to assess and refine our broader go-to-market strategy.
• Establish and manage a rigorous data governance framework to ensure data integrity and maintain a single source of truth.
• Track and drive core sales operations metrics, including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates.
• Oversee day-to-day administration, user support, and troubleshooting for key platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with core sales and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar enterprise GTM tools).
• Strong analytical, data-structuring, and business problem-solving capabilities.
• Background in legal operations or contract management is a major advantage.
• Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fast, self-directed learner with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a B2B tech or cybersecurity company is highly preferred.
