Role Description

OpenLoop is looking for a Director of Revenue Systems & AI to lead the architecture, administration, and evolution of the full suite of tools that power our revenue organization.

• Design a systems environment where AI and automation are built in from the start.
• Help revenue teams work smarter by providing tools that reduce friction and eliminate manual work.
• Set the technical vision for GTM systems and ensure every tool deployed drives results.

What You’ll Own

• CRM Architecture & Implementation:
  • Lead the design and buildout of Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the authoritative system of record for pipeline, revenue, and customer data.
• AI Strategy & Execution:
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Automation at Scale:
  • Design and deploy automation that eliminates repetitive manual work.
• Systems Strategy:
  • Own the full GTM tech stack and define system integrations.
• Integrations:
  • Ensure seamless, reliable data flow across the full suite of GTM tools.
• Governance:
  • Establish and enforce standards for system configuration and change control.
• Data Quality:
  • Drive CRM adoption and own data quality initiatives.
• Tool Evaluation:
  • Assess and implement new GTM tools, balancing innovation with coherence.
• Team Leadership:
  • Build out and lead a Systems team, defining structure and developing talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation in GTM contexts.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with call recording or conversation intelligence tools.
• Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations.
• Systems thinker with a strong bias toward scalable, clean architecture.
• Track record driving CRM adoption and data quality in fast-moving organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator.
