Role Description

This role supports the company's objective of monetizing its real estate assets through directing all aspects of transactions, with a specific focus on optimizing value through the sale, leasing, redevelopment, and acquisition of both fee and leasehold assets. Critical to the execution of asset monetization strategies, this position provides day-to-day oversight of developing and executing asset and portfolio strategies for the monetization of assets. Overall focus is contributing to the company’s highest and best use strategy to maximize value. This position’s strategic agenda is to provide consistency and increase the number and velocity of transactions, with the goal of maximizing value.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

Requirements

• 5+ years in a role with substantial direct deal making experience
• Proven team leader able to develop team members and foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture
• Experience leading projects and coordinating internal and external resources
• Strong Analytical skills
