Role Description

As Implementation Manager, you lead the team responsible for the technical work that ensures accurate setup and billing for new customers. This role involves:

• Leading a team of three associates, with growth planned over the next 12 months.
• Managing integration configuration, meter data mapping, utility account setup, billing calculation QA, and lease and billing-method audits.
• Spending roughly a quarter of your time hands-on in the work itself, while managing and QA-ing your team's output.
• Working closely with the Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure technical accuracy.
• Explaining audit findings or setup decisions clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or onboarding.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in utility billing.
• Track record of managing technical implementation or billing setup across multiple accounts or properties simultaneously.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Strong internal collaborator with clear communication skills for client interactions.
• Process-minded and comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
