Role Description

As a Director of Event Production, you will play an important role in leading production teams and delivering exceptional live events, high-end hospitality experiences, and experiential programs across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with internal teams and other agency partners, you will help bring ambitious ideas to life through thoughtful planning, strong production leadership, and seamless execution.

• Provide senior oversight across multiple programs.
• Develop and mentor producers.
• Lead complex or high-profile projects.
• Help teams navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop producers across multiple accounts and programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Extensive experience translating creative concepts into comprehensive, executable production plans.
• Deep understanding of fabrication materials, construction methods, and technical integration.
• Experience producing high-end hospitality experiences.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors and venues.
• Confident, collaborative communicator.
• Experience leading complex live event operations.
• Passionate about elevating production quality and improving operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tools such as CAD or Vectorworks.
