  • Reduce reliance on unsupported, unmanaged, or high-risk systems.

  • Work with Business Systems and ERP Analysts to identify whether issues require process changes, system configuration, training, integration, or development.
  • Promote consistent processes and system usage across divisions.

  • Partner with business leaders to establish appropriate data ownership, definitions, and reporting.
  • Ensure analytics capabilities support operational decision-making and broader enterprise needs.
  • Work with technology leadership to support the data foundation required for automation and AI.
  • Manage key ERP, LIMS, QMS, application vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
  • Hold external partners accountable for quality, timelines, support, and contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, application costs, support models, and opportunities for consolidation or improved value.
  • Escalate significant application risks, investment requirements, and vendor issues to Business Systems leadership.

They should be able to quickly understand how a manufacturing operation works, identify the difference between a process problem and a technology problem, and drive complex application initiatives through to completion.

Success in this role will be measured by improved application stability and ownership, successful execution of major ERP and application initiatives, reduced legacy and unsupported-system risk, stronger alignment between business processes and systems, and increased confidence in INW’s enterprise application environment.
