Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Development to drive high-impact initiatives that shape our company’s future. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and will work with the entire C-Suite and other key stakeholders to further develop our strategy and lead complex, high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Develop and execute corporate strategies that enhance business performance, including growth planning, cost optimization, and organizational transformation.
- Partner with the Executive Committee to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and sustainable expansion.
- Lead financial and operational analysis to assess risks and opportunities, ensuring well-informed executive decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with various departments to enhance business processes and scalability.
- Leverage insights from AI and emerging technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and competitive advantages.
- Ensure corporate development efforts align with long-term business goals including M&A.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (>8 years) in managing large, complex and challenging projects in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on details while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with executive leadership, finance, product, tech, and operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in business optimization as well as M&A is a plus.
